Pakistan Railways to run new Green Line-style train

The CEO of Pakistan Railways has said that a new Green Line style train will be run between Lahore and Karachi and all the coaches will be upgraded in a phased manner.
Answering the questions of the public during the e-Kachhari, Chief Executive Officer Pakistan Railways Aamir Ali Baloch said that the first priority of the railways is to provide better travel facilities to the passengers and the good news is that Pakistan Railways now has modern technology.
Aamir Ali Baloch said that Pakistan Railways restored the operation of Bolan Express within 45 days with its own resources.
Moreover, the railways are also repairing the railway tracks and bridges affected by rains with their own resources.
The CEO railway issued immediate instructions to the concerned Divisional Superintendents to increase clean water, number of benches and other facilities at Padidan, Sialkot and other railway stations.
In response to a question regarding the seizure of railway land in Faisalabad, the CEO also issued immediate instructions to DS Lahore to dispose of the railway land from encroachment and encroachment mafia.
