Pakistan remembers ex-PM Benazir Bhutto on her 17th death anniversary

The 17th death anniversary of Benazir Bhutto, the first female prime minister of the Islamic world, daughter of the East, is being celebrated today.

Benazir Bhutto, who became the prime minister of Pakistan twice, fought the dictatorships of General Zia and General Musharraf.

When Benazir Bhutto arrived in Pakistan after ending her exile in 2007, there were explosions in the reception procession on October 18, in which hundreds of people were killed.

Then on December 27, 2007, Benazir Bhutto, the beloved leader of the people, left the world in a fatal attack while returning from a rally in Liaquat Bagh, Rawalpindi.

On the occasion of the 17th death anniversary of martyred Ms. Benazir Bhutto, the arrival of workers and leaders continues in Larkana.

President Asif Ali Zardari, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Bakhtawar Bhutto Zardari and Aseefa Bhutto Zardari have reached Naudero.

Asif Ali Zardari visited the shrine in Garhi Khuda Bakhsh and recited Fatiha and laid flowers.
