Kurram Deputy Commissioner injured in fresh firing

Kurram Deputy Commissioner Javedullah Mehsud has been injured in the latest firing incident in the Bagan area after violence erupted once again in the .

The incident occured just days after a peace deal was struck after prolonged negotiations between warring tribes.

Police have said the three law enforcement agencies personnel also got injuries in the incident.

The deputy commissioner had played a major role to restore peace in the region He was rushed to hospital after suffering injuries, the official told local TV on Saturday.
