Parts of Sindh receive first winter rainfall

The mercury drops in various cities of Sindh after first winter rainfall, the Pakistan Metrological Department said on Saturday.
According to the Met office, Mirpur Khas, Sanghar and scores of other cities received first winter rainfall.
Minimum temperature in Sindh recorded five Celsius in Mohen Jo Daro, it said.
The weather department said that rainfall in expected in Lahore, Kasur, Sialkot, Narowal and other districts of Punjab today (Saturday).
“Galliyat and some adjoining areas could also receive rain or snowfall,” it added in the forecast.
