School holiday announced on Jan 28

The Sindh Education Department has announced a holiday for all educational institutions across the province on January 28 on the occasion of Shab-e-Mairaj.
The department issued a notification stating that all educational institutions under its purview will be closed on that day.
Shab-e-Mairaj, also known as the Night of Ascension, is observed annually on the 27th of Rajab (lunar calendar). It commemorates the Isra (night journey) and Mairaj (ascension) of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), during which he was taken on a divine journey to meet Allah Almighty.
