NTISB issues advisory of cyber attacks in country

The National Telecom and Information Technology Security Board (NTISB) has issued a new advisory on cyber attacks.
In the advisory, the fear of cyber attacks by hackers to steal personal information has been expressed.
The advisory said that the users using VPNs and artificial intelligence are at risk of cyber attacks.
It added the cyber-attacks using dubious code sent using fake techniques can steal personal information through social media and banking websites.
It also recommended not using 16 applications temporarily. It is recommended to use alternative options in place of these applications.
The advisory further suggested using secure applications and websites, restricting the app’s access to the mobile’s location after installing the applications.
The alert also recommended restricting the app’s access to messages.
It suggested updating apps on a daily basis and installing a licensed antivirus.
