‘Arrest me if you want’: Burning of dumpers won’t end, warns Sattar
MQM-P leader Dr Farooq Sattar has said that Afaq Ahmed was arrested in haste, which we strongly condemn and demand his release.
Addressing a press conference in Karachi, Sattar said that neither Afaq nor MQM are behind the burning of dumpers as we are just describing the condition of the people.
The burning of dumpers in the city will not end, now if you want to arrest me on this statement then you can, he said, adding a stage is being set once again for ethnic riots in the city. Despite the arrest of Afaq Ahmed, the problem will not be solved. Law enforcers should be called from now on, the salary of Rangers is going from Sindh treasury. Rangers should stand on the streets with traffic police and it should be used to prevent these incidents in advance.
Sattar further said that the worst form of governance is against the country. Pindiwalas said that the system will be uprooted but the system exists. Those who complaint are threatened. If they can stop, then stop those who listen to complaint. Sindh governor has an important role in our important decisions and policies.
