Sindh announces Ramadan school timings

The Sindh Education Department announced the Ramadan school timings for regular classes at all schools functioning in single and double shifts.
The new timings would apply to all primary, secondary, higher secondary and elementary schools during the holy month.
As per the notification, primary schools functioning in single shifts will commence regular classes at 8am and end at 1:30pm. However, on Fridays the classes will be over by 11:30am.
Meanwhile, schools, which are operating double shifts, will hold classes from 7:30am to 11:30pm while their second shift will start at 11:45am till 2:45pm.
On Fridays, the first shift timings will remain the same, while the second shift will be held from 11:45pm to 1:30pm.
The aforementioned shifts will be applicable to single-shift secondary, higher secondary, elementary schools, double-shift secondary and higher secondary schools as well.
