Any Pakistani citizen can apply for NICOP for their preferred country. Those with dual nationality can enter Pakistan without a visa. To apply for a Smart NICOP, applicants must provide their passport number.

NADRA has set different NICOP fees depending on the urgency of processing:

• Normal Fee: Rs. 11,340 (Online: $39)
• Urgent Fee: Rs. 16,589 (Online: $57)
• Executive Fee: Rs. 21,820 (Online: $75)
