Islamabad Red Zone route closures – Check alternative routes here
ISLAMABAD: Authorities have temporarily closed two entry and exit points of the Red Zone in Islamabad due to security concerns. The affected locations are Express Chowk and Serena Hotel.
During this period, commuters are advised to use NADRA Chowk, Marriott Road, and Margalla Road as alternative routes. Additionally, traffic from Club Road can access the Red Zone via Seventh Avenue.
The Islamabad Traffic Police has urged the public to stay updated by calling the helpline 1915 or checking official social media platforms for real-time updates.
The closure will remain in effect until further notice, and citizens are requested to cooperate with the authorities to ensure safety.
