No one will be allowed to impose ideology by force in Balochistan: CM Bugti

Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti reaffirmed the provincial government’s commitment to restoring peace and protecting the rights of Balochistan’s people during his address at the Balochistan Assembly on Wednesday.
Bugti emphasized that the resolution of all issues lies in dialogue, stressing that no one would be allowed to impose their ideology by force.
He condemned attacks on innocent civilians and trains, stating that such acts do not align with Baloch traditions and questioned their justification as “jihad.”
The chief minister urged collective efforts to raise voices for terrorism victims and declared that those taking up arms against the state would be dealt with strictly.
He warned that individuals who take the law into their own hands would face severe consequences.
Bugti expressed his willingness to forgive for the sake of Pakistan but questioned what rights Balochistan was deprived of, highlighting that the 18th Amendment had granted significant provincial autonomy.
