Any Pakistani citizen can apply for NICOP for their chosen country, including Canada. For those holding dual nationality, NICOP allows visa-free entry into Pakistan. Applicants must provide their passport number when applying for the card.

NICOP Fee Structure for Canada

NADRA categorizes countries into two zones: Zone A and Zone B. Canada falls under Zone A, which has a specific fee structure.

As of December 2024, the NICOP fees for Canada are as follows:

• Normal Processing: PKR 11,340
• Urgent Processing: PKR 16,589
• Executive Processing: PKR 21,820
