Bikers can’t travel on I.I Chundrigar Road without meeting this condition

Karachi’ city administration has decided to make I.I. Chundrigar Road a model of ‘No Helmet No Entry’.
Delineators have also been installed to maintain traffic discipline on the road.
Thousands of motorcycles also pass through this highway every day in addition to other vehicles. Big vehicles still remain in their lane in the morning and evening busy hours, but the majority of motorcyclists do not care about traffic rules and due to their careless riding, which result in accidents often.
Currently, this helmet ban has been introduced for I.I. Chundrigar Road, which will gradually be implemented on other main highways of the city.
Karachi Mayor Murtaza Wahab said that the move is aimed at preventing fatal accidents, adding that it will be mandatory for motorcyclists to wear helmets on all the main highways of the city.
