Seven martyred in Noshki-Dalbandin highway blast

At least seven people were martyred and 35 others injured in an explosion near a bus on Noshki-Dalbandin highway N-40 in Noshki.
According to security officials, the bus was on its way from Noshki to Taftan when the blast took place on the way.
Police cordoned off the area and launched further operations, while rescue officials are shifting the dead and injured to hospitals.
According to SHO Zafar Baloch, the attack on the bus allegedly appeared to be a suicide attack.
Meanwhile, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has expressed sorrow and condemned the targeting of innocent people.
The minister also wished for speedy recovery of the injured.
Also, Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the loss of precious lives.
He reaffirmed the government’s resolve to maintain peace in the province at all costs.
The chief minister further said that every possible step would be taken with the view to bring the culprits to the task.
