Train Timings for Lahore, Karachi, and Multan - April 2025

Eid-ul-Fitr 2025 approaches, Pakistan Railways has announced a special train schedule to accommodate the surge of passengers traveling to their hometowns. The initiative aims to facilitate travelers during the busy holiday season.

To ensure a smooth journey, five special trains will operate from major cities, including Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, and Peshawar. The trains will offer economy class, AC Business, and AC Standard accommodations to cater to different passenger needs.

The last special train is scheduled for March 29 from Karachi to Lahore, though its departure time has not been announced yet.

Eid-ul-Fitr 2025 Date and Preparations

Eid-ul-Fitr is expected to be observed on March 31, 2025, with the Shawwal moon likely to be sighted on March 30. In anticipation of the holiday, transportation hubs are witnessing a significant increase in passengers as people make their way home for the celebrations.

Pakistan Railways’ initiative is expected to ease travel difficulties and provide a more comfortable journey for thousands of passengers.
