Eid 2025: Bonus announced for THESE govt employees

Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) has announced bonuses for its officers and employees on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr 2025.

According to an official notification, employees will receive a bonus equivalent to their basic salary. The incentive will be provided to regular, contract, and daily wage employees. However, individuals currently facing cases under the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) will not be eligible for the bonus.

The notification was issued after approval from the LESCO Board of Directors.

Meanwhile, the federal government has also declared a three-day holiday for Eid-ul-Fitr 2025. According to a notification from the Cabinet Division, public holidays will be observed from Monday, March 31, to Wednesday, April 2.

The announcement follows a previous circular issued by the Cabinet Division on December 23, 2024, outlining public and optional holidays for the year 2025.
