Eid Trains from Karachi to Lahore & Rawalpindi – Complete Timings & Details

Three special trains for Eid will depart Karachi, according to Pakistan Railways’ announcement. Today, March 26, at 1 PM, the first Eid special train going to Lahore will leave Karachi Cantt Station.

There will be two trains operating between Karachi and Lahore and one between Karachi and Rawalpindi.

The second Eid special train is scheduled to leave Karachi City Station tomorrow, March 27, at 8:30 PM, for Rawalpindi.

At 9:00 PM on Friday, March 28, the third Eid special train from Karachi to Lahore will leave Karachi Cantt Station.

There are 16 coaches in all on these Eid special trains: 2 AC Business, 2 AC Standard, 10 Economy Class, 1 Power Van, and 1 Brake Van. 1,062 passengers will be served by the trains.

The purpose of these Eid special trains is to lessen the atypical passenger rush that occurs at occasions such as Eid-ul-Fitr.

It is important to note that during the three Eid holidays, Pakistan Railways has also provided a 20% reduction on all passenger rates.
