Six dead in Gwadar bus attack

Six individuals were killed when unknown assailants opened fire on a passenger bus heading to Karachi.
The heartbreaking incident occurred in the Kalmat area, near Gawadar, when armed men stopped the buss and opened fire indiscriminately, killing five people on the spot.
However, one of the victims succumbed to injuries while receiving medical treatment.
Police said that the deceased were travelling from Gwadar to Karachi. One of the victim is from Multan.
Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi condemned the attack in Kalmat, describing it as a cowardly act of terrorism that targeted innocent civilians.
He offered condolences to the families of the victims, emphasizing that the killing of innocent individuals is a crime against humanity.
Naqvi asserted that such acts will not weaken the nation’s resolve to combat terrorism.
