On the first day of Eid, Muslims come together to offer a special Eid prayer. These prayers are held in mosques and large open areas all over the country.
In 2025, Eid ul Fitr is expected to be celebrated across Pakistan on Monday, March 31, with full religious spirit.
According to a statement by SUPARCO (Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission), the Shawwal moon is expected to be sighted on March 29, which means Ramadan will likely end after 29 days, and Eid will be observed on March 31.
As in previous years, many mosques in Lahore have already scheduled their Eid prayer timings.
