Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed deep sorrow and sorrow over the killing of eight Pakistanis in Iran and demanded the Iranian government to arrest the culprits and punish them severely.
The prime minister has expressed deep regret and concern over the killing of eight Pakistanis in Iran’s Sistan province and demanded the Iranian government to reveal the reasons for the brutal action.
He said that the Iranian authorities should immediately arrest the culprits involved in the killing of innocent Pakistanis and punish them.
He further said that the countries of the region have to work together to implement a coordinated strategy against terrorism.
The prime minister also directed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to contact the families of the slain Pakistanis and ensure immediate steps for the safe return of the bodies.
On the other hand, the Foreign Office spokesman said that they are in contact with Iranian authorities for the return of the dead. The Pakistani embassy in Tehran and the consulate in Zahedan are active, waiting to confirm the details of the incident.
