KP govt launches Ehsaas Apna Ghar Scheme, Online registration & check eligibilty criteria

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has announced a new program named “Ehsaas Apna Ghar Scheme” for lower and upper middle-class families to build, repair or extend their houses.

As part of this project, qualifying families can receive interest-free loans up to a maximum of Rs 1.5 million with a repayment period of 7 years. The monthly payment obligation will not exceed Rs 18,000.

The government has set aside Rs 4 billion for this initiative.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the loan, applicants must:

• Have a monthly income of at least Rs 100,000
• Own a piece of land
• Be between 18 and 55 years old

Last Date to Apply

The last date to apply for the Ehsaas Apna Ghar Loan Scheme is 8th of next month.
