How to apply for a new LESCO electricity meter & fee update

Lahore citizen or nearby areas like Okara, Kasur, Sheikhupura, or Nankana, you need to get your electricity connection from LESCO (Lahore Electric Supply Company). This connection is necessary whether you need electricity for your home or for business.

Luckily, LESCO has made the process easier by allowing online applications for new connections — mostly, people apply for a single-phase connection for homes.

How to  Apply for New LESCO Meter

1. Go to the Website
   Start your application by visiting: www.enc.com.pk
2. Fill in the Application Form
   You’ll need to provide details like:
   • Type of connection (home or commercial)
   • CNIC (ID card)
   • Mobile number
   • Current address
   • Property details for the new connection
3. Upload Documents
   Submit all required documents online with the form.
4. Submit and Print the Form
   After completing the online application, print a copy of your submitted form.
5. Prepare the File
   Attach the printed form with all the documents you uploaded earlier.
6. Submit to LESCO Office
   Submit the complete file at your nearest LESCO office.
7. Demand Notice Issued
   After verifying your documents, LESCO will issue a demand notice (payment slip).
8. Pay the Demand Notice
   Pay the fee at the bank mentioned on the notice.
9. Submit Payment Proof
   Take the bank receipt and submit a copy to the LESCO office.
10. Connection Installed
    After verifying your payment, LESCO will install your new meter.

LESCO Meter Connection Fee (Single Phase)

• Official Fee (as per LESCO): Around Rs. 7,240
• Actual Fee (in practice): In many areas of Lahore, people are being charged between Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 25,000.
