BISE Lahore Announces Class 9 Enrollment Fee for 2025-27 Session

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore has officially released the enrollment schedule for class 9 students for the academic session 2025-27, along with comprehensive details regarding the fee structure and admission deadlines.

According to the announcement, the enrollment process will apply to both public and private sector institutions, with specific exemptions and requirements outlined for each category.

Fee Structure Breakdown

For private students and relevant public institutions, BISE Lahore has set the following fee structure for class 9 enrollment:

• Enrollment Fee: Rs. 1,150
• Processing Fee: Rs. 870
• Sports Fee: Rs. 280
• Total Payable Amount: Rs. 2,300 per student

However, students enrolled in government schools will be exempted from paying the enrollment fee. They are still required to submit the processing and sports fees as part of the admission process.

Deadlines and Late Submission Policy

The board has directed that the enrollment forms, along with the required documents — including bank fee challan, online data entry, and hardcopy of enrollment return — must be submitted between April 15 and May 29, 2025.

In case of late submission, institutions can still complete the process by paying an additional late fee of Rs. 600 per student from May 30 to June 13, 2025.

Failure to meet this second deadline will result in a triple fee penalty, along with a daily fine of Rs. 600 per student for every subsequent day of delay.

Minimum Age Requirement

BISE Lahore has also clarified the minimum age criteria for class 9 enrollment. All students — from both public and private schools — must be at least 11 years and 2 months old by August 2025 to be eligible for admission.

Moreover, during the online registration process, it is mandatory to provide the CNIC number of a parent or legal guardian as well as the student’s B-form number.

This policy update is part of BISE Lahore’s continued efforts to streamline the admission process and ensure transparency and uniformity across all affiliated institutions.
