How to Apply for Sindh’s Free Pink Electric Scooty Scheme

The Government of Sindh has introduced the Pink Electric Scooty Scheme to support female students and working women by giving them free electric scooters. The goal is to improve women’s independence and make travel easier, while also encouraging eco-friendly transport.

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible, you must:

• Be a female resident of Sindh

• Be a student or have a job

• Have a valid driving license (motorcycle or car)

• Promise not to sell or rent the scooty for 7 years

• Pass a road safety test (if selected)

How to Apply

1. Visit the Sindh Mass Transit Authority website

2. Go to “Projects”

3. Click on “EV Scooty Ballot Form – Application Form”

4. Fill it out and upload required documents

5. Submit before the deadline

You’ll Need

• CNIC (front and back)

• Domicile and PRC

• Driving license

• Student or employee ID

Selection Process

Winners will be chosen through a fair ballot, held in front of the media and government officials. Shortlisted women will get safety training, helmets, registration, and EV charging access.

This scheme is a big step toward women’s empowerment and cleaner transportation in Sindh.
