25 April, 2025 22:36

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has been contacted by Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan.

According to the Foreign Office spokesperson, during the contact, the two leaders expressed satisfaction with the current state of Pak-Saudi bilateral relations and discussed regional issues.

Dar informed the Saudi Foreign Minister about the decisions of the National Security Committee in the context of India’s unilateral actions.

He rejected India’s baseless allegations, warned against further provocations, and reiterated Pakistan’s firm resolve to respond befittingly to any aggression.

The two leaders agreed to continue close coordination and consultation on the evolving regional situation.

On the other hand, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari says that when a terrorist incident occurred in occupied Kashmir, India blamed Pakistan, and Modi has made false accusations against Pakistan.

Addressing a rally in Sukkur, Bilawal Bhutto responded to India by saying, “Let India hear this loud and clear that the Indus is ours and will remain ours. Either the water will flow, or their blood will.”

Bilawal Bhutto added that the PPP and the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) have decided that the new canal will not be built without the will of the people, that canals cannot be built without the consent of all the provinces, and that it has been decided that no new canal will be built without your will.

The PPP chairman said that Sindh has raised its objections in the Council of Common Interests. The Sindh government has raised objections on the water issue since July.
