Pakistan demands impartial probe into Pahalgam attack

Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi said that if any neutral people conduct an inquiry into the incident, Pakistan will fully cooperate in it. We want this drama to be exposed and the real facts to come out. 

Addressing a news conference in Lahore, he said that Pakistan has no direct or indirect involvement in the Pahalgam incident, while we have solid evidence of India’s involvement in terrorist incidents in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The Federal Interior Minister said that Pakistan is currently experiencing economic growth and stability is coming to Pakistan. Meanwhile, Pakistan is the loser from such an incident, while India benefits from it.

He said that it is very important that whenever a foreign leader visits India, why do such incidents happen? This is the third time that a foreign leader was on a visit and this incident happened in Pahalgam.

Furthermore, Pakistan has a clear stance that Pakistan is a peaceful country. If any attempt is made to suppress any of our rights, these entire 240 million people will fight to the last breath.

However, we condemn terrorism wherever it occurs around the world. We have said this in every forum.

In addition, Pakistan is committed to peace and stability, but we will not compromise on our sovereignty.

The home minister added that we have made this offer, now it is a test for the world and India to see what they do about it. We will fully cooperate in this so that the real culprits are reached and it is known who committed this incident.

Apart from it, we have solid evidence regarding Indian terrorism in Pakistan. In the last three days we have seized 7 IEDs. Those who wanted to carry out explosions here have failed with the help of our intelligence agencies.
