During the event, the passing-out cadets took an oath to remain loyal to the country and uphold the constitution. Thirteen foreign cadets from Bangladesh, Iraq, Nepal, and Qatar were also among the passing-out cadets.
During the ceremony, awards were presented to cadets who showed outstanding performance. Under Officer Zain Ul Abideen was awarded the Presidential Gold Medal, while Under Officer Mohammad Hanan Malik received the Honorary Sword.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, in his address at the PMA Kakul ceremony, expressed that it was an honor for him to attend the Passing Out Parade. He congratulated all the passing cadets.
He stated that the armed forces of Pakistan are a symbol of organization, unity, national interest, and determination. Pakistan’s armed forces have earned a reputation due to their professional capabilities, and the focus is on increasing investment and economic development.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif emphasized that Pakistan is fully aware of its responsibilities in maintaining global peace and will continue to fulfill its duties as per the United Nations Charter. He further stated that Kashmir is Pakistan’s lifeline and remains a disputed territory on the global stage. The Kashmiri people must be granted the right to self-determination.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that Pakistan has always condemned all forms of terrorism and has suffered significant human and financial losses in the war against terrorism. He added that the neighboring country has made baseless allegations against Pakistan without evidence and launched an unfounded blame game regarding the Pahalgam incident.
He mentioned that Pakistan has offered to fully cooperate in transparent and impartial investigations into the Pahalgam incident. He asserted that peace should not be considered a weakness, and Pakistan will not compromise on the security of its homeland.
Prime Minister Sharif stated that after the Pahalgam incident, India began a blame game. India has failed to ensure the security of its citizens, and the terrorist incident in Pahalgam has further strained relations between the two countries.
The Prime Minister further said that the rights of Kashmiris are being violated, and if attempts are made to stop Pakistan’s water under the Indus Water Treaty, there will be a response. He reiterated Pakistan’s desire for friendly relations with Afghanistan but emphasized that Afghanistan’s soil should not be used for terrorism against Pakistan.
