We will hit back hard: Pakistan issues stern warning to India

30 April, 2025 18:14

Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, Director General of the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), and Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar  have held high-stakes press conference on Wednesday.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has said that India adopted an irresponsible and aggressive attitude after the Pahalgam incident.

Ishaq Dar said that the purpose of the press conference is to inform about the current ongoing India-Pakistan situation.

The Deputy Prime Minister said that after the Pahalgam incident, India adopted an irresponsible and aggressive attitude. Pakistan condemns all forms of terrorism. India’s illegal actions and statements have complicated the situation.

The Foreign Minister said that the situation in the region has been discussed with leaders of various countries. India is involved in terrorism in Pakistan and other countries. The Pakistani nation and institutions have fought terrorism bravely. The Indian government uses such incidents for political purposes and it is India’s habit to blame every incident of terrorism.

The Indian leadership uses various tactics to divert attention from its failures. India wants to link the freedom movement in occupied Kashmir with terrorism. India has resorted to black laws to suppress the rights of the people of occupied Kashmir. The entire region is in danger due to India’s irresponsible actions. A nefarious campaign against Muslims and Kashmiris is underway in India. India is fueling terrorism and extremism in the region.

He said that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has offered cooperation in the investigation of the Pahalgam incident, it is necessary to consider why India undertook this adventure and what its objectives were.

Moreover, no party can unilaterally terminate the Indus Waters Treaty, the Indian statement regarding the Indus Waters Treaty is a violation of international law, water is the lifeline of 240 million people of Pakistan and the Security Committee has made it clear that violation of the Indus Waters Treaty will not be tolerated.

India wants to link the freedom movement in occupied Kashmir with terrorism, our forces are alert, we are vigilant, India accuses Pakistan for specific purposes, the National Security Council has also condemned the Pahalgam incident, India tried to include the name of Pahalgam in the Security Council statement, we have replaced the name of Kashmir with the name of Pahalgam in the Security Council statement.

Why did India undertake this adventure and what are its objectives? Pakistan’s top security establishment condemned the Pahalgam incident, India’s narrative that we did not condemn it is completely false.

In this regard, DG ISPR also along with Foreign Minister conducted a post-mortem of India’s heinous false flag operation and showed the facts to the whole world.

He said that after the Pahalgam attack, social media accounts that blamed Pakistan were also used in the Jaffar Express attack.

These social media accounts are being run under the shadow of the Indian intelligence agency, on which tweets are made a day before the Jaffar Express attack and the attack takes place the next day. India is involved in terrorism in Pakistan. There is evidence of India’s involvement in terrorism in Balochistan.

DG ISPR said that India is alleging that Pakistan is involved in this attack, Pahalgam is 230 kilometers away from Pakistani borders, if you look at the area, it is a mountainous area,

DG ISPR said that India is alleging that Pakistan is involved in this attack, Pahalgam is 230 kilometers away from Pakistani borders, if you look at the area, it is a mountainous area, it is full of difficult paths, and can only be reached by horseback or jeep, it takes thirty minutes to get to the police station from the place where the incident took place, so how is it possible that the police were there, assessed the situation and then reached the police station and registered a case? How is this possible in ten minutes?

He said that the details recorded in the case file of the incident have also raised many questions. The FIR stated that the handlers of these terrorists were on the other side of the border, how did they figure this out in just ten minutes? When this incident happened, there was no intelligence about it, but as soon as the incident happens, there is so much intelligence in just ten minutes that they deduced that their handlers were from across the border?

The DG ISPR said that at 3:05 pm after the incident, social media handles backed by the Indian intelligence agency started blaming Pakistan. After this, the electronic media also started making the same allegations, while no evidence was presented.

At four o’clock they were confident that this attack was carried out by a Muslim attacker. Our position is that terrorists have no religion, there are no Islamic, Hindu or Christian terrorists here, because terrorists have no religion.

He said that instead of making accusations, the Indian government must answer questions. It is India’s habit to use terrorist incidents for political purposes, India wants to sabotage Pakistan’s achievements against terrorism, the Pahalgam incident is being used against the Indus Waters Treaty.

Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif said that the social media accounts run by the Indian intelligence agency that were accusing Pakistan of the Pahalgam incident were the same social media accounts that were making predictions when the attack took place in Mianwali on November 4, 2023, the day before the terrorist attack in Mianwali, the same social media accounts were saying, “Tomorrow is a big day, so we are going to bed early today.” The next morning, the same accounts were saying, “Good morning Mianwali.”

The DG ISPR added that here we see a terrorist attack in Mianwali carried out by Fitna al-Khawarij, followed by an attack on Chinese citizens in Karachi on October 6, 2024, before the attack, the same social media accounts tweet that “Big day in the next few hours.” Another tweet is then posted that says “Big explosion in Karachi, more details coming.”

On the morning of October 7, another tweet was posted stating that an IED explosion had occurred near Karachi Airport, a vehicle was carrying foreigners, one foreigner was injured and one died.

The DG ISPR revealed that in the recent Jaffar Express attack, the same messages are being issued on social media accounts, which say to keep your eyes on Pakistan today and tomorrow, after which the Jaffar Express is attacked.

Pakistanis imprisoned in Indian jails can be targeted in fake encounters by labeling them as terrorists. Instead of making accusations, we will go to the facts of the Pahalgam incident. India is involved in terrorism in Pakistan. There is evidence of India’s involvement in terrorism in Balochistan.

The Pakistan Army spokesperson said that there is information that India has mobilized its resources for terrorism in Pakistan after the Pahalgam incident. The Pakistani army and agencies are monitoring the entire situation.

The world should watch that India has carried out more than 3,000 attacks in Pakistan since 2024. India is the main sponsor of terrorist acts in Pakistan, the resolve of the Pakistani nation and institutions to eradicate terrorism is unwavering. India also used the Chhattisgarh Pura and Pulwama incidents for political purposes.

Furthermore, they will go to any extent for Pakistan’s sovereignty and security. The Pakistan Army is on high alert on the eastern and western borders. Pakistan’s armed forces and agencies are monitoring the entire situation. India resorts to blame-shifting to divert attention from internal problems. Those who question the Pahalgam incident are facing reprisals from the Indian government.
