Pakistan Army Counterattacks Indian Army Firing on LoC with Forceful Response

According to security sources, Indian forces launched unprovoked firing on multiple Pakistani military posts along the Line of Control (LoC) late tonight.

The sectors targeted reportedly include Nakyal, Khuiratta, Sharda, Kail, Neelum, and Hajipir, where Indian troops opened fire without provocation. In response, the Pakistan Army retaliated with force, delivering what officials described as a “befitting reply” to the Indian aggression.

Security sources emphasized that the Pakistan Army remains vigilant and fully prepared to respond to any hostile actions. “Our forces responded effectively and firmly to the enemy’s unprovoked violations,” a security official stated, reiterating the army’s commitment to defending the nation’s sovereignty.

The incident underscores the ongoing volatility along the LoC, where sporadic exchanges between the two nuclear-armed neighbours continue to threaten regional stability. No casualties have been officially reported at the time of writing.

Officials further added that Pakistan’s military remains resolute in the face of any future aggression and is equipped to safeguard the country’s territorial integrity at all costs.
