'Cycle of Baseless Accusations by India Must Come to End': DG ISPR
Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif strongly criticized India for its ongoing baseless accusations against Pakistan.
In a recent interview with TRT, “The cycle of baseless accusations by India must come to an end,” stated the DG ISPR, addressing India’s repeated attempts to link Pakistan with terrorism for political gain. “India blames Pakistan for terrorism to gain political mileage,” he asserted.
He revealed that India recently targeted six civilian sites within Pakistan, leading to the martyrdom of innocent civilians. “India carried out attacks on six civilian targets in Pakistan, resulting in the martyrdom of innocent people,” the military spokesperson said.
General Sharif highlighted Pakistan’s call for transparency and justice, noting that Pakistan extended an offer to India for a “free and impartial investigation” into the incidents. However, he confirmed that “India refused to accept Pakistan’s offer.”
He also condemned India’s targeting of religious and vulnerable populations during its operations. “India bombed mosques and targeted women and children,” he stated.
