Violent protesters in KE office
A spokesperson for K-Electric has said that K-Electric strongly condemns the attack and violent protests at its North Nazimabad office.
Spokesperson K-Electric has claimed that miscreants from Kausar Niazi Colony, Khando Goth, and Musa Colony attacked North Nazimabad IBC and damaged property.
He further added that K-Electric employees were injured in the violence by the miscreants and have been sent for immediate medical attention.
In such circumstances, the area is facing difficulties during work, and it is not possible to resume operations.
Surprisingly, the total amount owed to the defaulters of Kausar Niazi Colony, Khando Got, and Musa Colony has exceeded Rs. 330 million.
He predicted that strict action is being taken against miscreants as per the law.
In addition, we appeal to law enforcement agencies for their full cooperation to discourage electricity theft and non-payment of bills.
The spokesperson stated that providing free electricity is not possible under any circumstances.
Furthermore, load shedding is done as per the schedule given on the K-Electric website.
Residents of the area should ensure timely payment of electricity bills.
Timely payment of bills and complete avoidance of electricity theft lead to a reduction or elimination of load shedding in the area.
