Khuzdar School Bus Attack: Number of Students Martyred Reaches 6
Khuzdar: The number of students who embraced martyrdom in the Khuzdar school bus attack, Balochistan, has reached 6, including five female students and one male student. According to security officials, among the victims who lost their lives today are Haider and Maliaka, who sustained critical injuries during the incident and later succumbed to their injuries. Security sources claim that following a humiliating defeat, India has resorted to cowardly tactics by supporting terrorist activities. They further revealed that India is using proxy groups to fuel terrorism and instability in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Officials have vowed that the innocent children’s blood will be avenged, holding Fitna-e-Hindustan and their Indian backers responsible. Earlier, The Senate of Pakistan on Thursday strongly condemned the Khuzdar school bus attack, labelling the incident as “inhumane and barbaric.” Lawmakers across party lines called for national unity, stronger defence mechanisms, and renewed efforts to combat terrorism and external threats. Senator Agha Shahzaib Durrani called it an assault on Pakistan’s future, citing India’s terror groups after failed covert operations. Former caretaker PM Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar criticized India’s Hindutva ideology and alleged support for BLA, BRA, and TTP. Senator Faisal Vawda demanded a higher defense budget, while Senator Irfan-ul-Haq Siddiqui urged peaceful political dialogue, calling the attack a crime against humanity. ANP’s Aimal Wali Khan called for full National Action Plan implementation and criticized internet restrictions in tribal areas. PPP’s Sherry Rehman condemned India-backed terror groups and ruled out talks with terrorists targeting children. Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar warned Indian proxies, admitted border control lapses, and proposed a special anti-terrorism committee. A complaint of official misconduct was also referred to a Senate committee for investigation.
