Pakistani embassy in UAE warns about fake foreign job offers
The Pakistan Embassy in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has strongly advised Pakistani citizens to be very careful when replying to online job ads, especially those “offered outside the UAE.”
This warning was posted on Facebook, as fake job offers and scams are becoming very common in the Gulf region. Many people have recently become victims of these fraudulent employment schemes, which have caused them serious problems.
The embassy clearly said, “Pakistani citizens are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution when responding to online job advertisements, offered outside the UAE.”
They also added that people should always check such job offers through official and trusted sources.
At the same time, UAE authorities often warn the public about fake job offers and other fraudulent online schemes. These scams are usually designed to steal personal information or money by showing people attractive job offers.
Authorities have also asked people to verify the source before replying to these kinds of ads, so they don’t get into any trouble.
