Irrefutable Evidence of Indian State-Sponsored Terrorism in Pakistan

Pakistan has repeatedly presented authentic and irrefutable evidence of Indian state-sponsored terrorism affecting not only Pakistan but other countries as well.

Over the past two decades, India has been conducting a covert campaign of terrorism in Balochistan, Pakistan’s southwestern province, under official state sponsorship.

The issue of Indian interference was officially raised by Pakistan during bilateral talks held in 2009 in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, where Pakistan expressed concerns about Indian intelligence activities on its soil for the first time. Further confirmation emerged in 2010 through WikiLeaks, revealing that international observers were aware of Indian covert operations linked to unrest in Balochistan.

In 2015, Pakistan escalated its complaints to the international stage by submitting a detailed dossier to the United Nations. The dossier outlined India’s role in sponsoring terrorism in Balochistan and included intelligence evidence aimed at substantiating Pakistan’s claims.

The arrest of Indian Navy officer Kulbhushan Jadhav in 2016, working as an agent of the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), further confirmed India’s involvement. Jadhav confessed to carrying out sabotage and terrorist activities on India’s behalf in Balochistan.

Pakistan persisted in providing fresh evidence, submitting a second dossier on Indian state-sponsored terrorism to the UN in 2019. Pakistan’s stance was strengthened in 2023 when terrorists Sarfraz Bangulzai and Gulzar Imam Shambay made confessions acknowledging that they had received training and guidance from Indian operatives.

During a recent briefing, the Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) also provided evidence linking Indian army officers to terrorism in Pakistan.

Defense experts warn that India’s refusal to acknowledge its state-sponsored terrorism in Pakistan, despite overwhelming evidence, is pushing the region toward conflict. They emphasize that Pakistan has consistently provided proof of these hostile activities, and now it is time for decisive action.

Moreover, experts note that Pakistan is not the only country victimized by Indian state-sponsored terrorism; other nations have also suffered the consequences of India’s covert campaigns.
