ATC once again orders polygraph, photographic tests of PTI founder

The Anti-Terrorism Court of Lahore has once again ordered the polygraph and photogrammetric tests of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (founder PTI) Imran Khan in 12 cases related to the May 9 riots.
ATC Judge Manzoor Ali Gill heard the request from the police. Lahore Police submitted a report stating that the founder of PTI had refused in writing twice and once verbally to undergo photogrammetric and polygraph tests.
The DSP Legal informed that the founder of PTI is not cooperating with the investigation; how will the investigation progress? It is requested that the court order these tests to be conducted again.
The lawyer of the founder of PTI argued that conducting photogrammetric and polygraph tests after a delay is tantamount to further postponing the case, thus requesting the court to dismiss the police’s request.
The court approved the police’s request and ordered them to conduct the founder of PTI’s polygraph and photogrammetric tests again. The Anti-Terrorism Court instructed the police to take both tests of the founder of PTI and submit the report by May 9. It should be noted that the founder of PTI had previously refused to undergo a polygraph test to the Lahore police three times.
