Punjab schools to remain open on Youm-e-Takbir

The Punjab government has decided to keep schools open on Youm-e-Takbir.

All schools in Punjab will remain open on May 28. The Department of Schools Education has sent a letter to all district education authorities. Special programs will be held in the morning assembly, and tributes will be paid to the Pakistan Armed Forces.

On May 28, on the importance of the Day of Takbir, elocution competitions, arts competitions, and national song competitions have been directed.

Winners of the district-level competitions will be given a prize of 50,000. Summer vacations will be announced after the programs of Youm-e-Takbir.
