PM Shehbaz Sharif Heads to Tajikistan After Concluding Azerbaijan Visit
Baku: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has concluded his visit to Azerbaijan and has now traveled to Tajikistan.
Sources reveal that during the two-day trip, the Prime Minister is set to have a bilateral discussion with the President of Tajikistan. The talks will focus on trade, energy, and investment opportunities, with several agreements likely to be signed between the two nations.
It is important to mention that during his visit to Azerbaijan yesterday, President Ilham Aliyev announced a $2 billion investment in Pakistan at a trilateral meeting.
In his address at the trilateral meeting, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif stated that India’s attempts to block Pakistan’s water supply will never succeed. He emphasized that water is vital for Pakistan’s survival and that any threats from India to cut off this water are completely unacceptable.
