NADRA updates B-Form fees – June 2025
NADRA starts minority registration campaign
In Pakistan, every child must have a Child Registration Certificate (CRC), commonly known as the B-form. NADRA issues this important document and proves a child’s identity and citizenship.
The B-form is required for all minors. It is a legal document that shows the child’s details in the national records. Parents must apply for it within three months of the child’s birth.
What You Need to Apply
To apply for a B-form:
Parents must show the child’s birth certificate issued by the local Union Council.
At least one parent must have a valid CNIC or NICOP.
The child must be present at the NADRA office during the application.
If the child is 10 years or older, photos and fingerprints will also be taken.
Who Can Apply?
Either parent can apply. One will be listed as the applicant, and the other as the verifier.
If only one parent is present, the form must be verified by a Gazetted Officer or an elected official.
A court-appointed guardian can also apply if needed.
