Fitna-e-Hindustan is Conspiring to Jeopardize Pakistan’s Peace: Chief Minister Balochistan

Islamabad: Chief Minister Balochistan Sarfaraz Bugti strongly condemned the actions of the group Fitna-e-Hindustan, accusing it of conspiring to destabilize Pakistan’s peace and security.

In a press conference today, Bugti praised the Pakistan Armed Forces for delivering a “crushing reply” to India, dismissing false reports circulating in Indian media about the destruction of Karachi Port.

“The enemy had to face a strong response,” Bugti said, emphasizing that India, after facing defeat, is now relying on proxies such as Fitna-e-Hindustan to disrupt Pakistan. He alleged that the Indian intelligence agency RAW is sponsoring the group and described Fitna-e-Hindustan as responsible for the martyrdom of children in Khuzdar.

Bugti underscored the state’s possession of concrete evidence regarding Indian-sponsored terrorism, declaring, “We will foil every attack by Fitna-e-Hindustan.” He further clarified that Fitna-e-Hindustan has no connection to the Baloch people or Balochistan, urging the nation to move beyond a double-minded mindset.

Highlighting internal security issues, the Chief Minister revealed that terrorists from the banned TTP were released and that a soft corner has been shown to terrorists in Balochistan. Despite ongoing threats, he stated there is no need for a large-scale military operation in the province.

Addressing concerns over missing persons, Bugti rejected propaganda against the state, pointing out that disappearances also occur in other regions but receive less attention. He claimed that most missing persons had gone voluntarily and insisted that enforced disappearances are very limited.

Bugti concluded by condemning terrorist attacks targeting soft targets and military installations in Bela, attributing their funding to RAW, and reaffirmed confidence in the capabilities of Pakistan’s security forces.

Political parties, he added, have consistently maintained dialogue to support peace and stability in the region.
