PM, president Erdogan exchange eid greetings, discuss Gaza

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, in a telephonic conversation with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, congratulated him on Eid al-Adha and expressed his best wishes to the Turkish people and authorities. 

Shahbaz Sharif thanked President Erdogan and the Turkish nation for their unwavering support for Turkey during the Indo-Pak war.

The two leaders agreed to ensure the implementation of decisions reached in previous meetings and reiterated their commitment to unwavering support for each other to safeguard mutual interests.

During the conversation, regional and global issues, including the situation in Gaza, were also discussed.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan thanked Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for his good wishes on Eid al-Adha.

Both leaders expressed their commitment to further strengthen Pak-Turkey relations.
