PM Shehbaz Sharif Calls Kuwait’s Crown Prince to Extend Eid Greetings

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif called Kuwait’s Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Sabah to extend Eid greetings and conveyed best wishes for Kuwait’s Emir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.

Crown Prince Al-Khalid warmly responded to the Eid greetings and expressed good wishes for the people of Pakistan. He stated that efforts will continue to strengthen bilateral relations.

During the conversation, both leaders prayed for the security and prosperity of the Muslim Ummah. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif thanked the Kuwaiti Crown Prince for supporting peace talks amid Pakistan-India tensions.

The Prime Minister emphasized that Pakistan always desires peace in the region and invited the Crown Prince for an official visit to Pakistan, which was accepted.

Both leaders also stressed the need to further enhance bilateral investment and trade cooperation. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed special thanks to Kuwait for easing visa facilities for Pakistanis.
