War risk with India at highest level: Bilawal Bhutto

India has been involved in misinformation and disinformation. India is using water as a weapon, putting 240 million people in Pakistan at risk.

It has threatened to cut off water supply to 240 million Pakistanis, which is against the UN Charter. Pakistan’s position on this threat is clear that this would be considered an act of war.
