NADRA expands biker service in Karachi
NADRA has made it easier for people in Karachi to get important services at home by increasing its biker service fleet from 3 to 8 bikes. This step is meant to help citizens in all parts of the city get quicker and more comfortable service.
According to Amir Ali Khan, the Regional Director General of NADRA Karachi, people can now use the biker service to apply for CNICs, B-forms, and other important services without leaving their homes.
NADRA has also started a roadshow in Karachi to promote its Pak-ID mobile app, which allows users to apply for ID services through their phones. To spread awareness, NADRA is visiting universities, schools, shopping malls, and other public places as part of a special campaign.
Khan also mentioned that NADRA has made technical improvements in the Pak-ID app to fix earlier issues. A large promotional campaign for the app will be launched in the coming months to encourage more people to use it.
