LHC to Hear Petition Against Vaping Ban on June 23

LAHORE: The Lahore High Court has scheduled a hearing on June 23 for a petition challenging the ban on vaping and e-cigarettes.

Justice Anwar Hussain will preside over the case. The court has also issued notices to concerned parties, including the Chief Secretary, to submit their responses.

The petition requests the court to declare the vaping and e-cigarette ban null and void, arguing that the restriction is unjustified.

The case is set to determine whether the government’s ban on vaping products will stand or be overturned.
