Myth of Israel’s Invincibility Is Broken: Khawaja Asif

Defense Minister Khawaja Asif said in a statement after the US attack on Iran that the impression that Israel was invincible has now been shattered.

After the clouds of war deepened in the region, Defense Minister Khawaja Asif said that Iran, which has been under sanctions for half a century, is still invincible. The Americans supported the Zionist military power that was defeated to subdue Iran.

In an interview with Arab News recently, Khawaja Asif said that there is no new military cooperation with Iran, and there was no need for a new defense agreement with Iran after June 13.

He said that a normal level of communication with Iran on border security is ongoing, there have been no specific discussions with the US on Israel-Iran tensions, and Pakistan’s focus is on relations with China and Muslim countries.

The Defense Minister said that the current conflict could plunge the entire region into a devastating war, and efforts are underway to mobilize the countries of the region for peace.

If the Israel-Iran conflict continues, more attention will have to be paid to border security, peace efforts must be prioritized, the spread of the conflict could affect global energy, and Pakistan’s nuclear facilities are completely secure and safe.
