Hajj 2026 Registration Begins Across Pakistan

June 27, 2025 – The Ministry of Religious Affairs has officially opened advance registration for Hajj 2026. All intending pilgrims from Pakistan and overseas must complete the free registration before the deadline of July 9, 2025.

Advance Registration Is Required

The Ministry stated that early registration is mandatory for both government and private Hajj schemes. No registration fee is required at this stage. This process is important to confirm eligibility and secure a spot in the official Hajj quota given by Saudi Arabia.

Only people who register now will be allowed to apply when the Hajj 2026 applications officially begin.

How to Register for Hajj 2026

• Visit any of the 15 designated banks across Pakistan to register.

• Overseas Pakistanis can also complete registration through official channels.

• This is not a final confirmation for Hajj—it is a first step to be considered in the Hajj 2026 quota.

Why Early Registration Matters

A ministry spokesperson explained that Saudi Arabia sets the Hajj quota based on the number of registered applicants from each country. If more people register, Pakistan will get a larger quota.

The ministry strongly urged everyone to register before July 9 to avoid problems later and to help Pakistan get its fair share of Hajj slots.
