Karachi Court Dismisses Petition Against Trump

Petition Against Trump
Karachi: The Sessions Court has dismissed a petition filed to register a case against US President Donald Trump.
The Karachi Sessions Court dismissed the petition at the initial hearing, declaring it inadmissible, and the judge said that the head of state has immunity under the Vienna Convention of 1961.
In the sessions court, the public prosecutor took the position that the petition to file a case against the US president is not admissible; the petitioners only want to increase the country’s problems. The bomb fell in Iran, and they want to file a case in Pakistan? The petition has been filed maliciously for cheap fame.
On the arguments of the public prosecutor, petitioner Jamshed Ali Khawaja’s lawyer, Jafar Abbas Jafri, requested the court to prove that the petition is admissible and also told the section of the case, Millions of Pakistanis have been affected by Trump’s move; we are not asking for an arrest, we just want a case to be registered.
Later, the sessions court, after hearing the arguments of the lawyers, dismissed the petition to prosecute Trump.
