Talal Warns of Tougher Response to Future Attacks on State

Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry, reacting to the statement of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, has said that if anyone dares to attack the state in the future, the response will be even tougher than before.

Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry said that the behavior of political parties should also be political. The PTI has repeatedly made political mistakes, first resigning, then dissolving assemblies, and now it has been barred from reserved seats due to its incompetence.

He said that the reserved seats were given to other parties due to the PTI’s own mistake, and the only reason for the situation they are facing today is their apolitical thinking.

Talal Chaudhry said that Ali Amin Gandapur has made several attempts to attack Islamabad in the past, but each time the state blocked his path under the constitution and law. In the future, if anyone dares to attack the state, the response will be even harsher than before.

He said that those whose police are not safe in their province, whose government is afraid of terrorists, can only make incendiary remarks on TV. If there had not been a third consecutive PTI government in the province, there would have been no terrorism in the province.

The Minister of State said that everyone has the right to political dissent, but attacks on state institutions are unacceptable to anyone. Politics that begins with hatred, chaos, and unrest always ends in regret, loneliness, and humiliation.
