NADRA Juvenile card fee update 2025 for children under 18

NADRA explains how to change your name on CNIC
The Juvenile Card is a chip-based identity card issued by NADRA for children under 18 years of age. It is different from the Child Registration Certificate (CRC) because it gives access to many services and facilities.
How to Apply
A parent or close blood relative with a valid CNIC must visit the NADRA office with the child to provide biometrics.
You cannot apply online. The application must be submitted in person at a NADRA Registration Center (NRC).
Nadra Juvenile Card Delivery Time
The delivery time depends on the application type:
Normal: 31 days
Urgent: 23 days
Fast Track: 9 days (priority processing at NRCs)
Nadra Juvenile ID Card Fee
Normal: Rs. 750
Urgent: Rs. 1,500
Fast Track: Rs. 2,500
This card makes it easier for children to access various facilities and is an important step for their official identification.
