Akhtar Mengal Barred from Dubai Flight After PNIL Listing

Quetta: Balochistan National Party (BNP) chief Sardar Akhtar Mengal has been barred from traveling abroad. 

According to FIA officials, Akhtar Mengal was offloaded from a private airline flight to Dubai. Akhtar Mengal was prevented from going to Dubai because his name was in PNIL.

In this regard, Sardar Akhtar Mengal says that I was going to Dubai, I was offloaded, and the immigration staff informed me that my name is on the Provisional National Identification List.

Former federal ministers Agha Hassan and Ghulam Nabi Marri condemned the ban on Akhtar Mengal from traveling abroad and said that it is illegal and unconstitutional to prevent Sardar Akhtar Mengal from traveling abroad. Akhtar Mengal is still a member of the National Assembly, and his resignation has not yet been accepted.
